How many loos do you need for your wedding?
As a guide, we recommend one toilet cubicle per 50 guests — but several factors can change this. Here's what to consider:
Duration of reception — longer events need more facilities
Alcohol being served increases usage significantly
Separate male and female facilities are strongly recommended
At least one disabled accessible unit for larger weddings
Consider peak periods — ceremony end, after dinner
Venue has existing toilets? You may need fewer additional units

Wedding toilet hire questions
How far in advance should I book wedding loos?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 3–6 months before your wedding. Summer Saturdays in particular book up fast. That said, we do accommodate last minute bookings where we can, so don't panic if your date is approaching.
Can the trailer be positioned anywhere on site?
Luxury toilet trailers need a reasonably flat surface and vehicle access for delivery. They don't need mains water or electricity connections — they are fully self-contained. When you enquire, tell us about the venue and we'll advise on the best positioning.
Do you provide an attendant service?
Yes — many couples opt for an attendant to keep the facilities pristine throughout the reception. The attendant keeps units clean, restocks toiletries and ensures everything looks perfect all day. This is especially popular for larger or higher-end weddings.
What if it rains? Will the trailer be okay?
Absolutely — luxury toilet trailers are fully weatherproofed and designed for outdoor use in all British weather conditions. They're heated in cooler months too, so your guests will be perfectly comfortable whatever the weather.
Can I see the trailer before booking?
We can arrange photos and detailed specifications of the specific unit being supplied. In some cases, viewings at supplier depots can also be arranged. Just ask when you enquire and we'll see what's possible.
