Loo Managed Ltd is a portable toilet hire brokerage service registered in England and Wales (Company No. [XXXXXXXX]). We connect customers with our network of vetted portable toilet hire suppliers but do not directly provide hire services ourselves.
Loo Managed acts as an intermediary between customers and portable toilet hire suppliers. When you place an enquiry with us, we source an appropriate supplier from our network and arrange the hire on your behalf. The contract for hire services is between you and the supplying company.
All quotes provided by Loo Managed are subject to availability. Prices quoted are inclusive of weekly servicing where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery and collection charges may apply and will be clearly stated in your quote. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if significant information changes after the initial enquiry.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your acceptance and, where required, payment of a deposit. Full payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is required in accordance with the terms confirmed at booking.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of hire and the notice period given. Short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours before delivery) may incur charges. Full cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All suppliers in our network are independently operating businesses. While we vet and monitor our suppliers, we cannot accept liability for the direct actions or omissions of individual suppliers. If you have a complaint about a supplier, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Our liability to you is limited to the value of the services booked through us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or use our website in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
